Keep every unit and event identifiable
Provide the vehicle’s identification, current location and your internal reference. If more than one unit is involved, label the photographs and documents by unit. Identify the damage being submitted and provide any earlier photographs or inspection records that are relevant to the assignment.
Tell us whether you need a new estimate, a review of an existing estimate or a supplement. We confirm the requested scope and the evidence required. Remote review may be appropriate for some files; insufficient documentation or concealed damage can require follow-up or inspection.

Rates and ongoing support
Contact us to confirm the scope and pricing for fleet or rental assignments, including any additional supplement work. Recurring arrangements depend on the vehicle mix, requested deliverables and available capacity. Insurance-company contract rates are negotiated separately.
An estimate does not determine who is responsible for damage, establish coverage or guarantee reimbursement by a rental platform, insurer or customer.

Do you work with rental-platform damage files?
You can request estimating support for a rental vehicle and identify the required documentation. We do not claim a platform partnership or guarantee that a platform will accept or reimburse an estimate.
Can we submit several vehicles at once?
Describe the proposed workload first and keep each vehicle’s documents separate. Scope, applicable charges and capacity are confirmed before work is accepted.
